It's a beautiful thing to consider how a simple idea, combined with desire and hard work, can come to fruition in reality. Our teams is grateful for the opportunity to observe and carefully guide this marvelous process every day on the job sites of our clients.

Street of Dreams - Project Update
Last summer, our Street of Dreams home consisted only of a few grand ideas in the minds of our team, some sketches on paper and a beautiful piece of land overlooking a quiet neighborhood.

Today, we're proud to show you how some of those grand ideas have become tangible in every way.

New Construction Projects
Just down the road in the same Street of Dreams community, two of our newest clients are preparing a ground-breaking ceremony to commence construction of their own custom dream home.

Also, did we mention that they're celebrating their 22nd year anniversary? This same time next year, and for many more decades to come, they can commemorate another trip around the sun together in their beautiful new home.

Ask the Builders
QUESTION: I'd like to build a custom home one day but I'm having difficulty even getting started thinking about the process. I know what I want when I see it but I have a hard time with making selections. Should I just buy a new home instead?
ANSWER: Your dilemma is a common one--many people have a difficult time imagining or "seeing the big picture" when it comes to construction. Here's a great exercise that can help get your creative juices flowing. You should start a collection of home ideas that you like (collect everything from exterior appearance to interior finishes). These can be easily found on the internet or clipped from magazines or product brochures. It may take you some time to do this but the process of seeing ideas over and over again will help develop and refine your specific taste--and before you know it, you'll be a natural at making selections! If you don't have that kind of time, you may also consider working with an architect or interior designer in the concept stages.
